What better exercise of self-reflection than to look your Self in the mirror and ask : who's that GIRL? There are obviously infinite versions of you: there's the you of this morning, the you as a child, the you of tomorrow and the you seen by all the people you interact with in your life.

You exist in so many versions and stories but the only one that matters is the story you tell your Self. Ask your Self: Who am I?  What do I want? Is the person I see in the mirror in alignment with the person I am and that I want to become?

It's always a good time to audit your life.
