The LsL Instruments BadBone 290 is like the standard "T Bone" model but with a hand-wound PAF humbuckerin the bridge & P90 pickup in the neck position. LsL Instruments meticulously crafts every part of their guitars from the custom-made pickups to the custom-made hardware. The bodies are all hand built and detailed. The necks are shaped by hand for each instrument. Even components like the pickguard, control plates and screws are manufactured in-house. The thinnest possible nitrocellulose lacquer finish is applied and that finish is then weather checked. This creates a very airy, open, articulate tone that is then enhanced by LsL hand-wound pickups. Attention to detail at that level produces instruments that consistently exceed expectations.
